- Preparation of educational theme, retention of educations (new entrants, repetitive, extraordinary).
- Keeping fire-fighting access.
- Records of jobs and workers required for a fire safety examination.
- Organisation and conduct of fire safety examinations.
- Obtaining fire safety permits.
- Contact the Disaster Management Authority.
- Preparation and participation in pre-announced regulatory control.
