MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

With the help of our experienced engineering colleagues, we undertake the design, implementation, certification preparation of the management systems of small and large companies, as well as the internal audit and development of operated systems.

PROCESS-ORIENTED SOLUTIONS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS

ISO 9001 (QMS) quality management system

Compliance with customer requirements is of paramount importance for both producer and service providers. The ISO 9001 quality management system describes the overall operating model of an organisation, providing a framework for system-based provision of business processes.

By applying a process-oriented approach, you can increase customer satisfaction and better organizational functioning by optimally meeting customer requirements while complying with legislation and other regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 (EMS) environmental management system

An environmental management system can be an effective tool for any organisation to make everyday environmental operations more efficient through organised, conscious, predictable and transparent frameworks. It demonstrates the company’s environmentally conscious commitment and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in this direction.

By introducing this, an organisation will be able to define and implement legislative requirements and policy and target taking into account information on significant environmental factors, and will help to protect the environment and prevent pollution to a degree that is balanced with socio-economic needs, in compliance with its obligations under the environmental policy formulated and undertaken with the introduction of the system.

Our company undertakes to assist our partners in building an ISO 14001 environmental management system and preparing for regular audits.

ISO 45001 (OHSSM) occupational health and safety management

The ISO 45001 (OHSSM) occupational health and safety management system allows the organisation to control its risks to health and safety at work, improving the organisation’s OHS performance.

Food safety systems

By operating food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, Decree No. 28/2017.(V.30.) FM is your control system to be operated by food businesses), food safety hazards can be identified, their risks assessed and their regulation promotes the safety of food.

ISO 50001 (EnMS) energy management system

Eu Directive 2012/27/EU was introduced into the Hungarian legal order in May 2015. A fundamental consequence is that the Energy Efficiency Act LVII of 2015 makes it mandatory for companies with more than 250 employees or with a turnover of at least EUR 50 million (i.e. not SMEs) to carry out an energy audit.

The law basically offers two solutions for fulfilling the energy audit obligation:

  • energy audit by the auditors on the list kept by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (HEPURA).
  • o Operation of an ISO 50001 certified energy management system certified by an accredited certification body (in which case the large company is obliged to send the Office a valid certificate every four years). With the ISO 50001 energy management system, an organisation will be able to improve energy performance (including energy efficiency, use and consumption) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to reduce other related environmental impacts and energy costs.

Whether it’s an energy audit or the introduction of an ISO 50001 energy management system, our company can help its partners with both choices.

ISO 27001 (ISMS) information security management system

Organizations pose a business risk if the data or information they handle is corrupted, lost, disclosed, or accessed by unauthorized access. Ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of your data is therefore a critical task.

A risk management process can be used to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, thereby strengthening trust with stakeholders. The introduction of the system reduces the number of abuses and ensures the integrity of the data processed and stored.

ISO 26000 (SR) guide to social engagement

The organisation’s perceived and effective social responsibility performance may affect, inter alia, its competitive advantage, reputation, ability to attract and retain employees or members, purchasers, customers or users, maintain employee public mood, commitment and productivity, and the views and relationships of investors, owners, donors, sponsors and financial communities with the organisations (government, media, suppliers, competitors, customers and the community) with which it cooperates.
